The Criminal Justice Section of ASPA was established to assist in the advancement and professional development of the art of administration and management as it relates to the process of criminal justice. This process embraces both theoretical and operational concerns with the problems of preventing and reducing crime; maintaining public order and securing justice in matters of criminal instance.
