Two SGT Directors will describe the way St Giles Trust grew from a South London homelessness charity staffed by a 'traditional' charity workforce to an organization that delivers across the UK employing staff with a range of lived experiences. Now over 60% of St Giles’ staff have a wide range of lived experiences and 33% of those have criminal convictions, and they are successfully supporting children and adults from some of the most vulnerable and marginalized groups, commissioned by both statutory and voluntary funders.
